Easy step-by-step guide to using this Weight Management Pack:

Step 1:
THERMOtransform - We advise that first-time users only take 1 capsule (with a full glass of water), 3 times per day for the first 3 - 4 days. Thereafter, take 2 capsules, 3 times daily with a full 8oz glass of water. Take on an empty stomach, 30 - 45 minutes before food or exercise. Due to their concentration, only take for 6 days in a row. No capsules on day 7. Then, repeat the cycle from the following day.

Step 2:
WATERloss - Take 2 - 6 capsules per day with food and a large glass of water.

Step 3:
Ultra HLA & CLA Complex - Take 1 capsule, 2 - 4 times per day, 30 minutes before meals.
